When a consumer can picture themselves inside one of your
homes, you are only steps away from securing the sale. What factors in 2018
will help people visualize and help you sell more homes?
In the NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) Master Session, “#Visons:
10 Innovations That Sell More Homes!”, our experts will explore how designers
and salespeople can best use elements, such as color palettes, smart home
technology, fit and finishes and more, to present the full picture and help
consumers visualize living inside one of your homes.
In this three-hour advanced session, you will:
- Debunk the most common myths about selling, and
identify ways to implement the “science of selling” in your process. - Discover effective merchandising practices for
different generations. - Learn now to create retail environments that
incorporate the latest trends and act as a “silent salesperson,” keeping the
buyer engaged. - Explore research regarding the targeting of color
palettes to demographics and how to trigger an emotional connection with color.
