Building a basement in Florida is virtually unheard of due to the state’s high water table, but the rare qualities of this lot made it possible. This opportunity unlocked the ability to construct a 13-foot-deep underground parking garage capable of housing more than a dozen vehicles — a feature made even more innovative by the inclusion of a car elevator in place of a traditional driveway.
