May is remodeling month! Discover 4 ways to celebrate as a professional remodeler at the Builders’ Show, through NAHB Membership and the NAHB Remodelers Council, publications and more.
#1 Attend the Builders’ Show
Attend the NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS). IBS is the premier and biggest industry show for remodelers to gather, connect, discover and learn. IBS even has a special space for remodeling professionals – Remodeling Central.
Remodeling Central is the place at the Builders’ Show where remodelers connect with other industry professionals, explore trends and innovative ideas, refine skills and gain business information about the remodeling niche in laid-back lounge areas.
Watch live demonstrations, discover new techniques and see innovative product demos in the Craft Techniques Zone and Construction Performance Zone on the Builders’ Show floor.
NAHB remodeler members save on registration rates to attend the show. Learn more at BuildersShow.com. Note that rates will be live when registration opens on September 2.
#2 Tour The New American Remodel During IBS
The New American Remodel is an official show home of the Builders’ Show. The IBS 2026 TNAR demo phase has begun in Winter Park, FL. The remodeler Phil Kean Design Group is taking a “soft remodel” approach, focusing on updating and revitalizing the 3,341 sq. ft. home into a Miami Retro-style home without extensive structural changes or major renovations.
TNAR opens for tours only for IBS attendees during the Builders’ Show. Stay tuned for progress on the home.
