Meet on-the-job training with a jobsite visual learning platform.

Meet On3. It’s the company revolutionizing the way residential building professionals get the job done.

On3 is building a massive database of visual content from experts, including user-submitted videos which provide revenue sharing opportunities to content creators. Residential building professionals can use their mobile devices to learn how to do anything building related while on a jobsite with the On3 learning platform.

On3 was one of 18 companies that shared their revolutionary product in the Start-Up Zone at the 2022 Builders’ Show.

“In addition to On3, we had 17 other highly innovative companies in the Start-Up Zone that are bringing solutions to the future of homebuilding. By gathering these early-stage companies in one area at IBS, we can show the industry that there are entrepreneurs working to develop new solutions, for better, healthier, more sustainable, safer, affordable and profitable housing,” said Matt Hoffman of HousingTech Ventures, who helped curate the Start-up Zone for NAHB.

NAHB recognized On3 as the Most Innovative Startup in the 2022 IBS Start-Up Zone.

“Not only were the judges impressed with the quality of the learning content and its ease of use and mobile-friendly accessibility, but they wanted to acknowledge the On3 innovation and focus on solving the critical labor and skill challenges facing the homebuilding market,” continued Hoffman.

Some of the nation’s largest homebuilders are currently using On3 for basic training and highly customized learning modules.

“All of us at On3 are delighted to be recognized by NAHB for this important designation at IBS 2022. We are thankful to the judges for taking the time to learn about our exciting platform which will help the industry retain and grow its workforce,” shared On3 Founder & CEO Paul Cardis.
