Consumers have been interested in healthier homes and communities for several years. New research shows that no matter what price point or housing type (new build or renovation), consumers prioritize health and wellness, and this interest has only increased because of the pandemic.

The NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) Master Workshop, “Leveraging Health, Wellness & High Performance Solutions to Meet Demand,” our expert presenters, Gene Myers, CR Herro, Karla Butterfield, Deana Vidal and Kate Hamblet, will explore the design and construction principles of healthy homes and how to apply building science and wellness strategies to meet new and existing homeowners’ needs.

In this three-hour advanced session, you will:

  • Discuss post-pandemic health and wellness trends and priorities for key marketing segments.
  • Analyze building science solutions for new and existing homes to increase health at multiple price points.
  • Explore how energy and water conservation strategies can be applied to improve indoor environments in both new and existing homes.
  • Identify the most advanced healthy home products, systems and technologies on the market today to optimize ventilation, indoor environment quality, occupant health and durability.

Attend this workshop and walk away with a fresh approach to leveraging health, wellness and high performance solutions that your customers want.
