The 2022 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) brings builders, industry professionals and top manufacturers and suppliers together to make new connections, see the newest products and learn the latest trends.

IBS House Party Sponsored by Chase will kickoff on February 8 at 6:30 PM – the first night of the show, at Mango’s Tropical Café. New to IBS? Or attending alone? No problem! This House Party is the largest official networking event, so you’re sure to make new friends and contacts.
IBS Young Pro Party sponsored by Pfister will take place on February 9 at 8:00 PM If you’re under 40, head to Blake Shelton’s Ole Red for a rocking performance from country star Craig Morgan. Unplug with the live music and a beer, make some new friends—and let loose a little, or a lot! Must be 21 years or older with a government issued ID to enter.
The IBS Closing Concert will take place on February 10 at 6:00 PM celebrating the end of IBS. The headliner will be country superstar Trace Adkins, a Grand Ole Opry member for nearly two decades who has sold over 11 MILLION albums in his award-winning career. This event sells out, so don’t wait!
The Awards celebrations and Tours are sure to excite the attendees this year, after a long hiatus of not being on a physical stage, or through a computer screen. The NAHB Remodeling Awards Celebration, The Green Home Tour and the Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA) are just three of a long list of honors presentations and tours that IBS attendees will have the chance to take in.
