IBS 2022 Home Tours: See Remarkable, One-Of-A-Kind Homes in Orlando

The cool innovations you can see at the NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) is not just limited to the show floor. Tour beautiful, one-of-a-kind homes located throughout the Orlando area! These tours provide a way for you to see the latest products and practices in context. Sign up to take one of these home tours that are available during the show.

Custom Home Tour
Wednesday, February 9 | 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
See the latest Orlando design trends and techniques that custom builders are advancing in this tour. The Custom Home Tour features spectacular homes with the latest technology, elegant finishes and craftsmanship that you can then apply to your own projects. Each home is designed to take full advantage of the amenities that the area offers, with both indoor and outdoor living space. Tickets are $85 each and include transportation, a light breakfast and snacks.

The New American Home & The New American Remodel 2022
February 8 – 10 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (buses on circuit leaving throughout the day) 

See the latest in design trends, product innovations, smart home technology and green building techniques when you tour the official show homes of IBS 2022.

  • The New American Home® (TNAH) 2022 is located in the trendsetting community of Laureate Park at Lake Nona. This three-story property boasts 4,646-square-feet of living space, with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. Constructed by Envy Homes and designed through a collaborative effort between BSB Design and Builders Design its features include a rooftop terrace, an exercise room and numerous indoor-outdoor living amenities as well as a pool courtyard.
  • The New American Remodel® (TNAR) 2022 is located on the banks of Lake Sue. Designed by architect Phil Kean and remodeled by Eric Gray, this home’s classic mid-century modern design will become infused with innovation and cutting-edge technology touches. It boasts five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a showroom three-car garage, exercise room, indoor-outdoor living features, detached guest house, numerous ultra-energy-efficient elements, net-zero features and a luxurious summer kitchen.

Registered IBS and KBIS attendees can tour The New American Home and The New American Remodel during show hours via a complimentary shuttle bus that departs from the Orange County Convention Center. While there is no fee to tour the homes, complimentary tickets must still be acquired from the ticket kiosk booth on-site.
