Each year, several awards programs are held in conjunction with the NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) to celebrate outstanding home-building projects, designs and individual achievements.

The deadlines to enter many of the top programs are approaching soon. Here’s a brief description of the awards and their upcoming deadlines.

The Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards honor top professionals and their projects serving the vibrant and growing multifamily market. These awards showcase creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace.

NAHB Remodelers honors individuals and local remodelers councils for outstanding projects and exceptional service to the remodeling industry.
Deadline: August 30, 2019

The Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA) spotlight the most creative and talented building industry professionals who have exhibited design excellence in their homes and communities.
Deadline: September 1, 2019

The Best of 55+ Housing Awards are the 55+ sector’s only national awards program. This program honors the people, companies, projects, and programs that have contributed to innovative marketing, industry-leading design and construction and community lifestyle features that apply to all life stages.
