About Chicago
Chicago was hailed as one of the “most important bands in music since the dawn of the rock and roll era” by former President Bill Clinton, and is the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in six consecutive decades.
Chicago’s lifetime achievements include a Grammy Award, multiple American Music Awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a Chicago street dedicated in their honor. Their record sales have topped the 100,000,000 mark and an incredible 25 of their 36 albums have been certified platinum.
2017 will mark the band’s 50th consecutive year of touring, and they’ve never missed a concert date.
The original four band members are Robert Lamm on keyboards and vocals, Lee Loughnane on trumpet and vocals, James Pankow on trombone and Walt Parazaider on woodwinds. The band lineup also includes Tris Imboden, Keith Howland, Lou Pardini, Ray Herrmann, Walfredo Reyes, Jr. and Jeff Coffey.
The group members continue to be true ambassadors for their beloved hometown, and their music spans decades and generations. You’ll not want to miss this opportunity to experience their hits—including Saturday In The Park, 25 or 6 to 4, Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is? and more.
