Spotlight on Pre-Show Education: New Home Marketing Professional Courses

image

Pre-show courses are one- and two-day courses that give you the chance to truly immerse yourself in a specific industry topic while increasing your skill set. Nowhere else during the year, other than IBS, will you find all these courses available in one place, at one time.

The NAHB offers two designations specific to new home marketing and sales:

The Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP) is a mid-level designation that will help you manage the sales and marketing function of a new home community and boost your career. The CMP designation tells home builders that you’re knowledgeable about new home construction and you understand how consumers shop today.

The Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) represents the pinnacle of new home sales education because it represents years of industry experience, serious coursework and completing a one-of-a-kind requirement for a successful case study.

Courses needed to earn your CMP and MIRM are:

  • Principles of Residential Marketing: Research & Analysis Online
  • Principles of Residential Marketing: Research & Analysis Classroom
  • Principles of Residential Marketing: Strategy & Implementation Online
  • Principles of Residential Marketing: Strategy & Implementation Classroom

Give yourself a sales and marketing edge with the CMP and MIRM designations. Learn more about these designations and the courses associated with obtaining them. The classroom version of both courses will be offered at IBS 2017. Registration for pre-show courses opens August 1.
