Did you know you can tour two homes exclusively during the 2027 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS)?
When the Builders’ Show takes over Las Vegas, the innovation doesn’t stop at the convention center doors.
The New American Home® (TNAH) and The New American Remodel® (TNAR), the two official show homes of IBS, give registered attendees an exclusive opportunity to step inside real-world homes and see the latest products, design ideas, building techniques and technology in action.
And there’s one important catch: you can only tour them during the Builders’ Show.
See What’s Next in Home Building at The New American Home
For more than four decades, The New American Home has illustrated what’s possible in residential construction. The 2027 edition continues that tradition with a brand-new home in the Southern Highlands community of Henderson, NV.
Built by Blue Heron, TNAH 2027 brings together innovative design, products and building solutions in a home designed around wellness, connection and experiential living.
But this isn’t a model home you only admire from a distance.
You can walk through it, see the details up close and experience the ideas firsthand.
Even better, you may recognize some of the products from the Builders’ Show floor. Products from IBS Exhibitors are installed and in use throughout the official show homes, giving you the chance to see how they perform and fit into a finished residential environment.
See a product at a booth. Then see it in the home.
That connection can help turn a great-looking product into a practical idea you can envision using on your own projects.
See a Remodel Go from Dated to Remarkable
If you’re a remodeler, builder, architect, designer or simply interested in what’s possible when an existing home gets a serious rethink, The New American Remodel 2027 offers a different kind of inspiration.
Located in Henderson’s MacDonald Highlands community, the home is being transformed from its original Tuscan-inspired design into a contemporary residence with a brighter, California coastal aesthetic and a stronger connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The project demonstrates how an existing home can be reimagined with today’s products, technologies and residential construction techniques, without starting from scratch.
TNAR allows you to see products from the Builders’ Show floor installed in a real home.
Instead of simply walking past a product display, you can see how a product looks, works and interacts with the rest of the space. For remodelers, it’s a valuable look at how today’s solutions can be incorporated into an existing home.
It’s remodeling innovation you can experience firsthand.
Two Homes. One Show. A Lot to Discover.
TNAH and TNAR offer something the exhibit floor can’t quite replicate: the chance to see products and ideas come together in actual homes.
See something interesting on the Builders’ Show floor. Then see it installed in a home.
Discover a new product or technology on the show floor and look for it in action at one of the official show homes. Explore how different products work together. See design trends translated into finished spaces. And get ideas you can take home and apply to your own projects.
It’s one more way IBS helps you move from “That’s interesting” to “I can use that.”
And because these homes are built specifically in conjunction with IBS, the tour is a true only at IBS experience.
