When you’re standing upstairs, you can look down through the glass floor into the wine cellar. While it was quite a feat to get the glass floor engineered and accomplished, it is pretty amazing and quite the wow factor. A wine wall on the main floor is another one of the many wow factors of this home. The floating stairs take the home to the next level – figuratively and literally.
The gourmet kitchen and 136” media wall upstairs in the game room are two more features of the home are other wow factors this year. The stacking garage door is the first residential application of this innovative door system.
