It’s a wrap! The 2025 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) was back in Vegas with the biggest Builders’ Show in 17 years! We told you IBS 2025 was going to be hotter than ever before. It did not disappoint.

From the South Hall to the West Hall and everything in between, we rocked 81K+ residential construction professionals with our 1,800+ exhibitors across 728,000+ sq ft, 500+ education sessions, events, parties and so much more – all to take your business to the next level!

The show had amazing energy! Incredible new products made their debut. 120+ inspiring education sessions provided industry knowledge. Live demos taught new techniques and new uses for products. The show floor, education sessions, networking events and social events created thousands of connections. Awards celebrated the best in the industry.

The Builders’ Show, as part of Design & Construction Week® (DCW), featured the co-location of IBS and the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show® (KBIS). IBS registration gave attendees access to the exhibit floors of both shows!

This mega-event brought together 124K+ builders, general contractors, remodelers, designers, flooring professionals, sales professionals, architects, dealers, distributors and other industry professionals from around the globe.

  • David Spade’s signature wit and charm made the first morning at the Builders’ Show spectacular during the DCW Opening Ceremonies, Powered by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
  • Product and technique demos with experts like Walt Tomala, Kali Sudbrook, Aaron Butt, Casey Knips and Ross Trethewey in the Construction Performance Zone and the Craft Techniques Zone were hot, hot, hot places to gather innovative ideas and information.
  • Tours of the luxurious, innovative and energy-efficient 2025 New American Home® – the IBS Official Show Home – welcomed thousands of visitors.
  • Thousands of attendees filled education sessions with thought-provoking speakers and industry leaders like Steve Young, Chris Weekley, Andi Dirkshneider Bliss, Jim Tobin, Lindsay Shookus and Megan Eltringham in the newly revamped Game Changers.
  • Experiential learning in our 4 IBS Education Super Sessions and Learning Labs provided attendees with new learning experiences, including lively debates, free-flowing town halls, live demonstrations, one-on-one interviews with industry leaders during super-charged education sessions, interactive and informal sessions.
  • The exhibit floor popped up all over social media, buzzing with demos, job skills challenges, an Orange Crush slushie machine, happy hours, snacks, demo homes and more in the Outdoor Exhibits, including Pro Builder Show Village, with attendees excited to share their fun experiences at the show.
  • 2025 Best of IBS™ Awards were announced Thursday afternoon, with Clopay® VertiStack® Avante® by Clopay Doors winning Best in Show.
  • Most Innovative Start-Up People’s Choice was Villa and Advisory Team’s Choice was Hamlet.
  • In the New Product Zone 8,500+ people discovered the new and hot products coming out in 2025.
  • Niche industry professionals discovered new solutions and made new connections during daily networking breakfasts, coffee chats and discussions in IBS Centrals.
  • Official networking and evening events were jammed with people and fun, like the IBS House Party, The NationalsSM Awards Including Best of 55+ Housing, Global Innovation and NAHB Honors Awards, the Best in American Living™ Awards Featuring Design, Multifamily, Offsite Construction & Remodeling Awards and the Young Pro Party Co-sponsored by Andersen Windows & Doors and Blue Recruit.
  • The IBS Closing Concert, Sponsored by LG, Featuring Chris Janson closed out IBS 2025 with hit songs like Buy Me a Boat and Good Vibes.

NAHB Members enjoyed exclusive perks at NAHB HQ during donut & coffee mornings, happy hours, giveaways in a member-only area inside of NAHB HQ. Secretary Scott Turner addressed the NAHB Board of Directors and toured the exhibit floor.
