Featuring Margo Downs, Former Executive at Stitch Fix, lululemon & Starbucks

As former executive for innovative companies like Stitch Fix, lululemon and Starbucks Coffee, Margo Downs understands a thing or two about managing our changing workforce. In February, she will present an impactful Game Changers session at the NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS).

In her session, “Culture Shift: Building Innovative, Authentic, Results-Oriented Teams,” Downs will discuss our changing workforce. Not only is good talent hard to find, but generational shifts, work-life balance preferences and post-pandemic ripples are all requiring employers to take a fresh look at their teams and culture. Is it possible to create a world of work where responsibility, compassion and optimism are the prevailing sentiments of employees? A culture that is inclusive? Where the interests of management, customers and employees are aligned while still focusing on profit and innovation?

Downs believes it is and will offer a genuinely unique perspective on navigating our changing workforce honed from her tenures at three pioneering companies: Stitch Fix, lululemon and Starbucks Coffee.

In this Game Changer, Margo shares her formula for attracting, developing and inspiring employees to deliver on your company’s unique value proposition. The session will take place on Thursday, February 10, from 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM. Game Changers sessions are open to all attendees with All-Access Pass or 1-Day Education valid for the day of the session.

Plan to join us in person at IBS 2022 February 8 – 10 in Orlando, Florida, where you can take advantage of top-notch and impactful IBS education. Learn more at BuildersShow.com.
