Getting Around Town at IBS 2017

If you are traveling to Orlando for the 2017 NAHB
International Builders’ Show® (IBS), you may be wondering about the best ways
to get to and from the Orange County Convention Center—where IBS is being
held—along with other places associated with the show. Here is an overview of
how to get around town while attending IBS:

Getting to and
from the Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Once you land in the Sunshine State and get your bags off
the carousel, you can grab an airport shuttle or taxis to get to your hotel.

  • Group
    shuttles
to most Orlando hotels/resorts are available on the B side of the
terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at Commercial Lane
    spaces B42-B47.
  • Taxi
    service
is available in two locations: On the A side of the terminal, on
the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at Commercial Lane spaces A5-A8 and
A22-A25; and on the B side of the terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level
(Level 1), at Commercial Lane spaces B5-B8 and B30-B34.

Airport personnel are available to assist, as needed.

Call an UBER

Once again this year, UBER
is working with the Builders’ Show to make getting around Orlando easier. This is
a great alternative to waiting in transportation lines. Download the UBER app
to your smartphone, and when you need a lift, your phone’s GPS detects your
location and connects you with the nearest available driver.
