The third phase of The New American Home^® 2025 (TNAH), the official show home of the NAHB International Builders’ Show^® (IBS) is complete!

TNAH is Bringing the Wow Factor to the Builders’ Show

With 30-50 people working at the home each day, the home is ahead of schedule. It’s passed all the mechanical roughs and frame inspection. Installation of the house wrap, western windows and insulation is complete.

Next stage: sheetrock.

This two-story home has an elevator inside and a glass floor looking down into the wine room and truly brings the wow factor. Mark Schlachter, Superintendent of Sun West Custom Homes, is excited to see the reactions as people tour the home during the Builders’ Show.
