Stephanie is a custom home builder in Utah. She was also part of The House That She Built Leadership Team who built the home in Utah that inspired the children’s book published by NAHB BuilderBooks. Stephanie is a huge promoter of trade careers and has been an NAHB Member since 2016. Involved in the NAHB Professional Women in Building (PWB) and NAHB Membership, she is also the Utah Valley Home Builders Association’s President for 2024 and the first woman to hold that role.

Tyler owns and operates TRG Home Concepts, a remodeling business that specializes in detail-oriented renovations of older homes in Medford, New Jersey. Glenn is a former deck builder, now a building code expert who teaches about codes at BuildingCodeCollege.com and also a Fine Home Building and Journal of Light Construction contributor. He is the author of Deck Construction Based on the 2021 IRC and was named ICC 2021 Educator of the Year. During IBS 2024, he was an instructor for 5 Paths to Energy Code Compliance in the Construction Performance Zone and a speaker during the IBS 2024 pre-show Building Science Symposium.
