The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) honored outstanding residential real estate sales, marketing and design, 55+ housing projects, individual achievement and global excellence at The Nationals℠ Powered by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage during the International Builders’ Show^® (IBS) in Las Vegas.

These awards celebrate, honor and recognize excellence.

The Nationals Gold Awards

Some of the Sales and Marketing Community of the Year Gold Awards were awarded to Multifamily Community of the Year Premier Soleil by Premier Homes and Master Planned Community of the Year Tesoro Viejo by McCaffrey Homes.

Some of the Sales and Marketing Individual Achievement Honors Gold Awards were awarded to Sales Professional of the Year Jerrad Izaguirre from Stylecraft Builders and Sales Team of the Year The Vincent Condos by Rosehaven Homes In2ition Realty.

Other Awards at The Nationals

Awards were also presented for the Best of 55+ Housing Industry Awards for Best Apartment or Independent Living Community to Heartis Buckhead by Brasfield & Gorrie and NAHB Honors NAHB Custom Home Builder of the Year went to Marnie Oursler from Marnie Custom Homes.

Global Innovation Award went to Building Material and Construction Component Black Buffalo 3D NEXCON 1G MAPEI Planitop 3D NA by Black Buffalo 3D Corporation.
