Best in American Living™ Awards
Wednesday, February 20 | 6:30 – 9:00 PM
Join us at the building industry’s premier residential awards program. BALA showcases this year’s most creative and talented home and community designs, and winning projects exemplify what building industry professionals need to know to set their product apart.
Tickets: $100 each and include live entertainment and dinner with two drink tickets.

Best in Green Awards presents Building Science with Joe Lstiburek
Wednesday, February 20 | 8:00 – 9:30 AM
Recognize and learn from this year’s best high performance and sustainability projects and individuals leading the way in this evolving market at the Best in Green Awards (BIG). The awards program includes a lively Q&A session with notable industry expert, Joseph Lstiburek.
Tickets: $65 each and include a plated breakfast.

Best of 55+ Housing Awards
Tuesday, February 19 | 4:00 – 6:00 PM
Celebrate the fastest-growing niche in home building with the 55+ sector’s only national awards program. Award categories highlight this year’s best projects, programs, companies and individuals—all utilizing innovative techniques to create homes and communities with desirable lifestyle features that appeal to all life stages.
Tickets: $75 each and include hors d’oeuvres and an open bar.

Designation Achievement Reception
Monday, February 19 | 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Join your fellow designees and meet your peers at NAHB’s Annual Designation Achievement Reception, sponsored by Lowe’s ProServices. At this exclusive networking event, new designees will be recognized for their achievements. In addition, the Designee of the Year Awards and Educator of the Year Awards will be presented.
This event is by invitation only for active and new NAHB designees.

Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards
Tuesday, February 19 | 12:00 NOON – 2:00 PM
Salute the top professionals serving this vibrant and growing market. Hosted by a special emcee, the categories include developer, affordable, marketing, firm and individual awards and feature creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design, and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace.
Tickets: $50 each and include a plated lunch.

The Nationals Awards Gala
Tuesday, February 19 | 5:30 – 10:00 PM
The Nationals pay tribute to superior new-home sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, home builders and their associates, and sales and marketing councils. The Academy-style ceremony is one of the highlights of IBS—drawing more than 700 attendees.
Tickets: NSMC Members—$150 per ticket, Non-NSMC Members—$175 per ticket, Non-NAHB Members—$200 per ticket and may be purchased at TheNationals.com.

NAHB Professional Women in Building Awards
Wednesday, February 20 | 12:00 – 2:00 PM
The Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council will celebrate local council achievements, honor individuals who have made a significant impact in the housing industry and install the 2019 Board of Trustees and Officers.
Tickets: $55 each and include a plated lunch.

NAHB Remodelers All-Stars Celebration
Tuesday, February 19 | 6:30 – 9:30 PM
Celebrate with professional remodelers from across the country at this not-to-miss annual event. The evening’s program includes outstanding projects, installing the 2019 NAHB Remodelers leadership and honoring individuals with exceptional service to the remodeling industry. The event will be held at the Las Vegas National Golf Club, where The Rat Pack were known to hang out and play golf.
Tickets: $95 each and include a Prime Rib buffet dinner and open bar.
