The buyer’s journey was once straightforward, but in 2017
expectations have risen. Your buyers need, want and demand more: More
information. More attention. More value. How do you know what to focus on, and
how do you compete with larger builders who have bigger budgets, more staff and
a greater market share? The answer is to compete on the one thing you can
control: customer experience.
In the NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) Master Session “The Ultimate Indestructible Blueprint for
Maximizing Sales in 2017,” discover how to create a complete sales and
marketing strategy that marries digital marketing, social media, selling skills
and customer experience into one unstoppable process resulting in more leads,
traffic and sales.
In this three-hour advanced session, you will:
- Learn about the concept of lagniappe and how to plot out the buyer’s journey and identify small opportunities to enhance their buyer experience in big ways.
- Discover how to demonstrate more value to the buyer to keep prices at a premium.
- Gain a deeper understanding of a buyer’s needs, desires and expectations.
- Recognize how to design experiences that will differentiate you from the competition.
Traditional seminars on customer experience focus on
service after the sale, but in this session, each phase of the buying journey
will be examined and opportunities for adding value will be identified throughout.
The result will not only be a sale with that customer, but also an increase in
future sales as the positive word-of-mouth about their experience with your
company goes viral.
