For the 2026 edition, Phil Kean Design Group is leading the charge with a thoughtful, design-forward approach. Rather than a full teardown or complete overhaul, this year’s project embraces a “soft remodel” strategy — revitalizing the 3,341-square-foot home without major structural changes. The goal is to transform the existing property into a bold, Miami Retro-style home that feels both nostalgic and contemporary.
