The New American Home^® 2025 (TNAH) is the official show home of the NAHB International Builders’ Show^® (IBS). TNAH 2025 is taking shape with the award-winning and experienced design-build firm Sun West Custom Homes. In its second phase, there are tons of moving parts to bring the home together.

See What’s Underway 

During Phase 2, the roofer is there, the mechanicals get installed and the Henry Blueskin^® VP100 peel-and-stick product is applied to the exterior walls to make them airtight and water-permeable. The window and door company measures all the window and door openings to ensure they order the correct sizes.

They are trying to dry in the home. The plumber is also there installing the OmegaFlex^® pipe. Since it rolls off a reel and is flexible, it is easy to install, makes the connections easy and is not labor-intensive.
