NAHB HQ is for NAHB Members. NAHB Members visit NAHB HQ for daily giveaways, coffee, snacks, giveaways and more during the show! 

Member-Only Area 

During IBS 2025, NAHB Members enjoyed a retreat exclusively for NAHB Members to network and relax with comfortable couches, tables and charging stations. Non-members visited HQ to Become a Member during the show so they could enjoy these member-exclusive events during the Builders’ Show. 

Daily Member-Only Events & Giveaways 

NAHB Members attend daily events inside of NAHB HQ at IBS. IBS 2025 events included: 

• Morning Energizer: Members kickstarted the day with eveything from an Associate Member Meet-Up to morning coffee & donuts in the member-only area. 
• Afternoon Delights: Members did a daily social recharging hour and happy hour with fellow members. 
• Daily Giveaways: The member-only area had fun daily giveaways. 

NAHB Meeting of the Members 

Each year, the NAHB Meeting of the Members, exclusively for NAHB Members, provides a unique opportunity to gain insights from NAHB and industry thought leaders during the Builders’ Show. IBS 2025 had Chief Economist Robert Dietz, PhD sharing a comprehensive forecast for the economy in the year ahead, covering key industry metrics such as building material prices, the ongoing labor shortage and potential upcoming tariffs. His expert analysis equipped member attendees with the knowledge needed to navigate the evolving housing market.
