IBS 2026 spans three halls of the Orange County Convention Center and covers more than 1.2 million net square feet inside and out. With 1,700+ exhibitors, this is the final Orlando show before it moves permanently to Las Vegas. Make time to visit one or more of the six IBS Centrals: Custom Building, Design, International, Multifamily, Remodeling and Sales. Centrals are open to all registered IBS attendees and serve as hubs for learning, networking and inspiration.
What’s NEW in the IBS App!
Attendee checklists are a new feature in the 2026 IBS App! You can find the attendee checklist in the Discover section of the app. Some activities in the checklist will only appear to users based on their registration type. You can either skip the activity or mark it as complete.

Tap Education to explore sessions by track, speaker, type or professional interest. Each session page includes descriptions, speakers and locations.
Found one you want to attend? Tap Add to My Agenda. Your selected sessions appear in the IBS Schedule, where you can also apply filters and see everything happening at a glance.
Find & Favorite Exhibitors in the IBS App
Browse exhibitors by segment, product category, zone, Best of IBS™ Awards, Outdoor Exhibits, show specials, celebrities or new products.
Tap an exhibitor to view booth number, contact details, social media links and downloadable materials like brochures.
Tap the star to add exhibitors to your Favorites. You will find them later under My Favorites, making booth visits quick and easy. Use the map at the show to navigate directly to their locations.
How to Create Your Daily Schedule in the App
Planning your day is simple. Tap Add to My Agenda for any education session, event or meeting you want to attend.
Favoriting an event automatically adds it to your agenda. View your full daily schedule under the My Agenda tab.
Favorited speakers or exhibitors appear under My Favorites in the IBS Schedule.
How to Set a Meeting or Event Reminder in the App
See the bell icon next to a meeting or event? Tap it to receive a notification five minutes before it starts so you are always on time.
IBS App User Tips
- Tap Add to My Agenda to build your personalized schedule.
- Tap the star to favorite exhibitors.
- Add overlapping IBS Education sessions and decide later which one to attend.
- Let the app suggest sessions during open time slots.
- Add notes to individual sessions to capture ideas, names and products. Save them or email them to yourself.
