Featuring Tom Goodwin

NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) is excited to have Tom Goodwin is the EVP, Head of Innovation for Zenith Media at IBS 2020. He will present the Game Changers session “Business Transformation for the Post-Digital Age.”

IBS Game Changer, Tom Goodwin, famously wrote this in his March 2015 TechCrunch essay:

“Uber, the world’s largest taxi company, owns no vehicles. Facebook, the world’s most popular media owner, creates no content. Alibaba, the most valuable retailer, has no inventory and Airbnb, the world’s largest accommodation provider, owns no real estate. Something interesting is happening.”

He was the first to identify and explain the monumental shift in how business is done in our most prominent industries, which begs the question: Is home building poised for a similar shake-up?

During his 60-minute Game Changers session, he’ll outline trends and stimuli to spark new thinking, uncover new opportunities, and show the way in which you can change the future of construction and your business by tapping into what’s newly possible.

This is one of six sessions in the IBS 2020 Game Changer series and will take place on Thursday, January 23, from 8:30 – 9:30 AM at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Game Changers are twice-daily keynotes that feature brilliant thought leaders, who are transforming the way we think about and address issues critical to the housing industry. This is open to all attendees with Full Registration or a 1-Day Education valid for the day of the session. Learn more.
