In this Master Session, “Who (Really) Are Your Buyers? Leveraging Demographics & Personalities to Deliver What Buyers Crave,” industry experts Al Trellis, Home Builders Network, Mollie Elkman, Group Two Advertising and Jane Meagher, Success Strategies,will provide a deeper understanding of consumer science in home buying.
You will get an interactive look into consumer behavior by participating in a lively discussion of the various demographic segments and see how the messages should change with each segment. Additionally, on the product side, we will explore how to match size, elevation, room count, room mix and the features needed depending on the individual segment.
By attending this session, you will discover how you can take your sales to an entirely new level by exchanging simple prospect data for an in-depth understanding of the real people who will be living in your homes.
This Master session will be held on Wednesday, January 20 from 1:30 – 4:30 pm and is eligible for continuing education credits. A full registration or one-day education registration for Wednesday is required to attend. General seating is first-come, first-served, but seats can be reserved in advance for $25.
