September Deals

It’s the time building professionals look forward to—registration for the 2013 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) is not only open, but this month also has the best fees and packages you’ll get this year!

Industry veterans know IBS is a must-attend annual event, and they’ll tell you it’s invaluable for professionals who’ve both been around awhile and those still gathering experience under their tool belts. There’s no better way to educate yourself and your staff on new products and services than to see and touch them on the expo floor, and every one will be there.

This year’s show features more than 800 suppliers in a massive 400,000 net square feet of floor space; as the saying goes, if it’s not here, you probably don’t need it, and getting up close and personal with everyone will never be easier.

Those same veterans—the ones who are super plugged in to the business—will also probably tell you that going to IBS played a big part in getting that way. Email, LinkedIn, and Skype all have their place, but face-to-face networking is still the best way to meet colleagues from around the world and establish (or continue) relationships that span time and distance.

If that’s not enough, September is the best time to register because of the fantastic deals. If you register by September 30, you can take advantage of:

  • A free expo pass. NAHB members can see all 800+ of those suppliers and every product and service you can think of, and connect with all of those companies for no extra charge.
  • A free spouse registration. Bring along your better half on NAHB. You do not have to be a member to take advantage of this offer.
  • Savings of $100 off the early full registration fee of $450, or 50%off an expo pass (normally $100) for non-members.

Need another reason to go? Consider this: the Center for Exhibition Industry Research found during a survey last year that 95 percent of executive decision makers meet with their current suppliers at trade shows, and 77 percent found at least one new supplier at the last show they attended. Bottom line: People do business with people, face-to-face, far better, more effectively and in less time than virtually.

This is the time for your very best deal. Register before September 30 to save your place at IBS and save the most money.
