Experience Las Vegas’ fabulous lifestyle trends first-hand during a guided tour of a few of the region’s up-and-coming 55+ communities. Explore model homes, walk through the design and sales centers and take note of community amenities that attract today’s 55+ buyer to help your company stay ahead of the competition. Tickets are $85 each and include transportation, a light breakfast and snacks.
Custom Home Tour
Wednesday, January 22 | 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Discover Las Vegas’ high-end market where you’ll see custom homes at various stages of construction. Experience what home building is like in a few of Vegas’ prestigious neighborhoods while taking in beautiful design elements, floorplans, finishes and technology for a market that serves some of the most discerning clients. Tickets are $85 each and include transportation, a light breakfast and snacks.
Green Home Tour
Wednesday, January 22 | 7:30 AM – 1:15 PM
Explore Las Vegas’ green and energy-efficient residential market firsthand during a guided tour of three projects. You will experience two luxury custom homes and discover how the builder incorporated whole-house automation, an EV charging station, photovoltaic solar panels and an energy storage system. The tour also includes walking through a luxury apartment community that showcases popular green features and construction practices used in a desert climate. Tickets are $85 each and include transportation, a light breakfast and snacks.
The New American Home® (TNAH) & The New American Remodel® (TNAR) 2019
January 21 – 23 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (buses on circuit leaving throughout the day)
See the latest in design trends, product innovations, smart home technology and green building techniques when you tour the official show homes of IBS 2020: The New American Home and The New American Remodel.
- The New American Home 2020 is located in the community of Ascaya in the city of Henderson. This 313-luxury estate home community features impressive topography and breath-taking panoramic view of Las Vegas and the surrounding foothills. This 7,683-square-foot home—designed and constructed by Sun West Custom Homes—features four bedrooms, five baths with one half-bath, two showroom garages, a luxurious great room, elegant wine room, multiple water features surrounding the courtyard, beautiful fire features and an outdoor heated entertainment area.
- The New American Remodel 2020 exhibits a sustainable vision by showcasing innovation, exceptional design and energy efficiency. Element Building Company and Architecture by Phil Kean has transformed the original 2,170-square-foot one-level home built in 1977 into a two-story masterpiece totaling 7,523-square-feet, with 4,802-square-feet of living space. TNAR 2020 features five bedrooms, showroom three-car garage, indoor-outdoor living features in the courtyard, ultra-energy efficiency, net-zero features, spa, pool, fire features, an elegant wine room, five radiant fireplaces and a rooftop terrace with a great view of the Las Vegas Strip.
Registered IBS and KBIS attendees can tour The New American Home and The New American Remodel during show hours via a complimentary shuttle bus that departs every 30 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center. While there is no fee to tour the homes, complimentary tickets must still be acquired from the ticket kiosk booth on-site.
