Introducing the New American Home® 2020

The New American Home® 2020 (TNAH) is part of the luxury-home development of Ascaya in Henderson, Nevada—a unique custom home community nestled into the foothills of the scenic McCullough Mountain Range. Ascaya is among the most unique developments in the Las Vegas valley because of its high elevation and how the development is carved into the rocks.

“One of the beautiful things about the community of Ascaya is as you go further up into the hillsides, the views become more picturesque, more panoramic,” notes Daniel Coletti, owner and president of Sun West Custom Homes.

The home will feature a single-level 7,683-square-foot floor plan with four-bedroom suites, a luxurious great room and a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, cabinetry and countertops. The outdoor entertainment area will include beautiful fire features and a large vanishing pool and spa with wet deck.

To make sure that the design was different from last year’s edition of TNAH, the front of the home has no straight walls; everything has a curve to it. A malleable metal veneer running along the radius will be installed as the front exterior covering.

“As a premiere home builder in Las Vegas, we’ve always prided ourselves on being on the cutting edge of what new design looks like, using the most current products that are available and installing them in unique ways that haven’t been seen before,” says Coletti. “There’s no doubt that TNAH 2020 is going to deliver once again on all kinds of cool concepts.”
