This program honors the people, companies, projects, and programs that have contributed to innovative marketing, industry-leading design and construction and community lifestyle features that apply to all life stages.

The Building Systems Council Awards recognize the best structures in systems-built housing. Each award category reflects the unique nature of the building technique; all types of construction, including single-family, multifamily and commercial, are eligible to compete.

The Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards honor top professionals and their projects serving the vibrant and growing multifamily market. These awards showcase creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace.
