Pre-show education provides home building professionals with the unique opportunity to increase your skillset by delving deep into industry topics, all while earning NAHB continuing education credits. These one- or two-day courses are offered the weekend before IBS.
One such offering slated in 2019 is Principles of Residential Marketing: Research & Analysis (Part II), the classroom side of a two-part course* designed to give new home sales professionals the tools they need for residential marketing. This one-day course provides the “how to” for conducting market research, analyzing the data and applying the information to make smart financial decisions, including pricing strategies, to set up the community for success.
This course will be offered the weekend before IBS 2019—as part of the pre-show course offerings. Registration for this pre-show course, along with many others, opens on September 4, 2018.
*This course includes an online prerequisite (Part I), which must be completed prior to the classroom session (Part II).
