Announcing the Return of Mike Moore! IBS 2017 Master Session: Employee-First Leaders Create Customer-First Companies

Mike Moore is a leadership and peak-performance coach who
is probably best known for his The Making Customers Series
of workshops. He was one of the highest rated speakers at the 2016 NAHB
International Builders’ Show® (IBS), where he spoke to a standing-room-only
crowd! (Read about Mike and see his reviews here.)

For IBS 2017, Mike is back to instill the attitudes,
skills and actions for peak performance in the Master Session “Employee-First Leaders Create
Customer-First Companies.”

As home builders, we are constantly striving to find ways
to improve our customer experience. However, many of us miss where we need to
begin: with our employees. It’s the employee that produces the customers’ first
impression, the customers’ memories of your company, and they determine if the
sale is made.

During this session, expect to gain insight into the
advanced skills needed to create a performance culture that makes excellence
your standard and sets your company up for successfully navigating the daily
challenges unique to a home building business.

In this three-hour advanced session, you will:

  • Learn the ABCs of Leadership and recognize why they are critical to your team reaching their peak performance.
  • Understand how best to apply the proven skills of great coaches to improve the attitudes, skills and actions of the people you lead.
  • Obtain the understanding,  knowledge and plans needed to continuously develop employees who perform above average.
  • Learn how to develop leaders who coach and managers who mentor in order to attract and retain top talent.

Employee-First Leadership isn’t about being warm and fuzzy; it’s about
the soft-skills needed to bring out the best in people that will ensure your
success—and profitability. You’ll not want to miss this one!
