Today’s active housing market comprises three unique buyer segments: first-time home buyers, move-up buyers and the 55+ demographic. With so many products on the market and a plethora of home design information out there (for both you and your customers), figuring out what each segment wants and needs from their homes can feel a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack.

“Differentiating Design: Finding the Right Features for Your 3 Unique Buyer Types”, aims to take the guesswork out of the game so you can start designing exactly the unique home your buyers want.

During this three-hour Master Session, our panel of industry experts will provide detailed information on what floor plans, exterior designs and features connect best with each buyer segment. Additionally, through sketches and examples, you will gain insight into how to match each buyer segment with each product type so that you can make your projects stand out and feel like the perfect home.

This Master Session will be held on Thursday, January 21 from 8:30-11:30 am and is eligible for continuing education credits. A full registration or one-day education registration for Thursday is required to attend. General seating is first-come, first-served, but seats can be reserved in advance for $25. Reserved seating can only be purchased during IBS advanced registration online, not on site.
